Email request
Use the Email option on this page. The live inbox stays as published on this page. Do not paste a raw address here; the copyable template under this method has the routing details.
If sending your opt-out request by email, use this helpful template for Cross Country:
Hello, I'm writing to request that Cross Country permanently remove my address from all direct mail lists, including your internal house list and any rented or third-party lists used to source your mailings. The name and address to remove as they appear on a recently delivered unwanted mailer: [NAME] [ADDRESS] [CITY ST ZIP] A few notes for your direct mail team: • I have never subscribed to marketing communications from Cross Country. • Since I haven't opted in with you directly, the source is most likely a rented or co-op list. Please also flag this address with your list partners so it's suppressed at the source. Please confirm in writing once the suppression is complete. I've attached an image of the mailer for reference. Thank you, [NAME]
Replace the bracketed fields ([NAME], [ADDRESS], [CITY ST ZIP]) before sending. Attach a photo of the mailer if you have one, and keep the reply for your records.

Phone
Call Cross Country at +1-877-351-3400. Ask to remove your name and mailing address from promotional mail. A phone request can take 5 to 10 minutes or longer, depending on the phone tree, hold time, and whether they offer a callback.
What to Expect After Opting Out
- Allow 8 to 12 weeks for marketing mail to taper off. Print and mail drops are often scheduled weeks ahead, so one or two mailings may still arrive.
- Order confirmations, policy documents, billing, and other account mail are separate from promotional appeals and may continue if you remain a customer or donor.
- A new purchase, donation, or account update can put your address back on a marketing list and require a fresh opt-out.
- Prescreened credit and insurance offers also opt out through OptOutPrescreen, the federal bureau opt-out. That path is not the same as Cross Country’s own marketing list.
Why Do You Receive Cross Country Mail?
CrossCountry Mortgage is a Cleveland-based retail mortgage lender at 2160 Superior Avenue, with recent acquisitions of Two Harbors and RoundPoint showing up on its site banner. Mail that pitches refinancing or preapproved loan products often traces to credit-bureau prescreen lists, not only the lender’s house file.
You may get this mail after a rate quote, application, or list share from a credit partner. Two Harbors and RoundPoint can mail on their own lists until you opt out with each company.
How to Prevent General Junk Mail Proactively
DMAchoice — DMAchoice is the Association of National Advertisers’ mail preference service. An $8 registration asks participating national companies to suppress your address from prospect promotional mail.
NOTE: DMAchoice will not stop mail from Cross Country as it is not an active member of the ANA.
OptOutPrescreen — OptOutPrescreen is the official Consumer Credit Reporting Industry site. It lets you opt out of firm offers of credit and insurance for five years or permanently.
PaperKarma — For local mailers, coupon packs, charity appeals, and senders DMAchoice does not cover, the PaperKarma app contacts opt-out departments from a photo of the mailer label.
Your Data Privacy Rights (CCPA & Beyond)

How do I stop mail for a previous resident?
Call Cross Country at +1-877-351-3400 and ask them to remove that person's name from this address, or use the PaperKarma app to photograph the label, mark the recipient as a previous resident, and submit the opt-out.
