Why Do You Receive WellCare Mail?
Wellcare is Centene’s Medicare brand. They have offered Medicare Advantage and Medicare Prescription Drug Plans for more than 20 years, and Wellcare is a wholly owned subsidiary of Centene Corporation. Beginning Jan. 1, 2022, Centene moved Allwell, Health Net, Fidelis Care, Trillium Advantage, ‘Ohana Health Plan, and TexanPlus onto the Wellcare name.
You get promotional mail about Medicare plans if they are prospecting you, or if you are already a Wellcare or Centene member. Open enrollment arrived, and the packets kept coming after you already picked a plan. Plan mail, ID cards, and bills are not this opt-out.

DMAchoice is the Association of National Advertisers' mail preference service. An $8 registration asks about 1,100 participating national companies to suppress your address from prospect promotional mail for 10 years. It does not cover local mailers, charity appeals, companies you already buy from, or occupant / current-resident saturation mail. Allow 90 days or longer.

Will WellCare mail stop if I move?
Not automatically. Marketing lists are tied to a specific name and address. Submit a new Contact Us request for the new address, or use the PaperKarma app there.
