Phone
Call Furniture Row at +1-844-763-6278. Ask them to stop catalogs for the name and address on the mailer.

What to Expect After Opting Out
- Allow 8 to 12 weeks. Print runs are scheduled in advance. A catalog already labeled can still arrive.
- Orders are separate. Stopping catalogs does not stop a delivery or a Furniture Row credit-card notice.
- A later list add-back can start it again. A later purchase can put the address back on a catalog file. They may also share name and address with other catalog companies.
Why Do You Receive Furniture Row Mail?
Furniture Row is a family-owned furniture retailer that started in Colorado in 1972, when Barney Visser and Warren Collier opened Pillow Shoppe and made poof chairs and bean bags. Pillow Kingdom opened in Denver in 1974. Big Sur Waterbeds, Oak Express, Sofa Mart, Denver Mattress, and Bedroom Expressions followed. The first Furniture Row shopping center gathered those shops in 1997. They now sell living room, dining, bedroom, and outdoor furniture in more than 100 stores, plus factory-direct Denver Mattress bedding. They mail once a year and may share name and address with other catalog companies. The leftover mail is a catalog, not a sofa already on order.
You get that mail if you shopped a store, ordered, or landed on a list they mail. A later purchase can put the address back on.
How to Prevent General Junk Mail Proactively
-
DMAchoice
DMAchoice is the Association of National Advertisers' mail preference service. An $8 registration asks about 1,100 participating national companies to suppress your address from prospect promotional mail for 10 years. It does not cover local mailers, charity appeals, companies you already buy from, or occupant / current-resident saturation mail. Allow 90 days or longer.
NOTE: DMAchoice will not stop mail from Furniture Row as it is not an active member of the ANA.
-
OptOutPrescreen
OptOutPrescreen is the official Consumer Credit Reporting Industry site. It lets you opt out of firm offers of credit and insurance for 5 years or permanently.
NOTE: OptOutPrescreen will not opt you out of Furniture Row mail. It only covers prescreened credit card and insurance offers.
-
PaperKarma
For local and regional mailers, coupon packs, charity donation requests, and the large share of junk mail that DMAchoice does not cover, the PaperKarma app has the largest U.S. registry, with over 100,000 mailers on file.
Your Data Privacy Rights (CCPA & Beyond)
A promotional opt-out stops Furniture Row marketing mail. It does not always stop the underlying address from being shared. If you live in a state with an active consumer privacy law (California’s CCPA and several others), you can request access to or deletion of your personal information, and you can opt out of sale, share, or targeted advertising.
Go to the Email & Catalog Subscriptions page, or call +1-844-763-6278, and ask for a deletion or do-not-share request, and to opt out of catalogs.
Frequently asked questions
How long until Furniture Row mail stops?
Allow 8 to 12 weeks. Print runs are scheduled in advance. If a catalog arrives during that window, it was likely already printed and labeled before your request was processed.
How do I stop Furniture Row mail for a previous resident?
Call Furniture Row at +1-844-763-6278 and include that person’s name and this address, or use the PaperKarma app to scan the mailer, mark the recipient as a previous resident, and submit the opt-out. Do not mark the person as deceased unless they are deceased.
Will Furniture Row mail stop if I move?
Not automatically. Marketing lists are tied to a specific name and address. A USPS forward can send a few more packets to the new address. Call again for the new address, or use the PaperKarma app there.
